By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rmg777 platform available at rmg777.bet (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

When registering, you agree to:

rmg777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Account usernames may not impersonate any person or entity, contain offensive language, or infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

rmg777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 200.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two business hours to credit depending on the sending institution.

• Deposits used for betting purposes are non-refundable once wagers have been placed, except in cases of verified technical error on rmg777's part.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500.
• Verified accounts can expect JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to be credited within five (5) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless rmg777 customer support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• rmg777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or anti-money laundering checks.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of issue:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rmg777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Unauthorised automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, access account features, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Match fixing and collusion: Knowingly placing bets on events where the outcome has been fixed, manipulated, or is subject to insider information; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the rmg777 Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or transmit any Platform content without the express written consent of rmg777.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, including but not limited to game information, odds data, or account balance displays resulting from data feed failures outside rmg777's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss resulting from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, rmg777's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rmg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• A request or direction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or licensing authority.
• Protection of the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the User, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via customer support. The version of the Terms in force at the time any dispute arose shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
